Well I have to go with France even if they've been a bit weak so far. Against England in the final (playing Portugal at home is not gonna be easy though).

Fair dues to England excellent display last night against the Croats. Really am very surprised. Thats it not making any more predictions. Although I wish Rooney was born on the other side of Liverpool and not the blue side. Absolutely devastating.

They played negative football and didnt even entertain as much as the two scandinavian sides... My heart goes out to Cassano, poor kid. Ecstasy to despair in less than 30 seconds. That's gonna be hard to forget

Y cause the Italians are out???? sorry but I say good ridance, I hate their style of football and frankly if they couldnt beat Bulgaria by more the 3 goals after Sweden bet them 5-0 then they dont really deserve to be in it.

That's more or less half the reason, the kid had joy so easily overshadowed by shitiness, especially by the rest of the Italian team. Bastards.

Re: Euro 2004

England crash out to Portugal in one of the most tense games i've ever seen. England didnt really deserve to win as they sat back for 80 mins and invited the Portuguese to score. Anyway, I could talk about that game for days... but i wont... incredible match...

Re: Euro 2004

England vs. Portugal was definitely the best game of football I've seen in ages!

Poor Poms aren't having much luck from the sporting gods at the mo. (Except maybe Cricket)

Re: Euro 2004

bah... with the way they've played in the tournament they didnt deserve to get to the semis. Rui Costa's goal was a rocket, and Postiga (Portugal's 5th penalty taker) must have balls the size of watermelons to dare take a penalty like that. Thoroughly enjoyable match.
