Re: Ran into the idiot again

Actually if you have a history of martial arts, and I mean like you are a real trained karate expert (get into competitions, win awards, etc.) and if you get in a fight and injure someone, you DO get charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Example is when Mike Tyson got into a car accident, he kicked the person in the balls but didn't knock him out. Why? Because he would have been hit with assault with a deadly weapon.

Anyways I did first think this story was bs. Like damir said, you can't just beat someone up for vandalism and get away for it. It's assault and the cop will arrest him also, if even that's a worse offense. If you see a big ass dude beating up a kid for doing something stupid (such as vandalism), do you think the cop is going to arrest the kid and let the big guy go??? Also I have a hard time believing that you went over the track fine just b/c you shifted the weight foward while the other guy got totaled. I think that if you have more weight in the front, it's harder to go in the air b/c there's more force pushing you down.

And it's hard to get a permit to carry guns in public, especially for younger kids like yourself. It depends what state you are from but most states won't allow you to just lay a gun on a table in public.

how old is your friend that has this permit? i seriously doubt that they would issue that kind of permit to someone in their lates teens or early 20's because of the high risk that comes with it.

i second the BS notion.
Friend: early 30's, combat vet, clean record, $20 for the permit and a handgun. No problem getting a permit it took him a whole hour for the background check.

And for Martial Arts experince last fight I was in and that was over 5 years ago I dislocated the guy's elbow, shoulder and snapped his knee that is a good sign that someone knows matrial art. Sometimes the injuries speak for themselves.

What's the difference between going over track at 45 MPH like I did and the kid hitting them at 70 MPH. I use tracks and tight turns to slow down faster cars so my underpowered car has a chance beating them. Next time you're in a parking lot try tapping your brakes quick then tapping the gas. Watch your front end go down when you tap the brakes hard enough and when you tap the gas enough your front end goes up. When you do that trick before hitting the track your struts are extented further that if you just hit the tracks. That couple of inches is enough space so you don't bottom out the front end. It's an old road rally trick. I used to drive 4 to 8 hours a day delivering pizzas for the past 3 and a half years. I had lots of time to perfect that trick.

The way you're telling the story, the "BIG" guy was knocking the other guy's teeth out, and then the cops were joking about Glock 21's. Haha, you're very funny.

Btw, my friend still has shit on his record for aiming his $30 Walmart BB gun at a tree, in his OWN back yard. Ever heard of "illegal posession of a weapon"? You can't just be sitting on your front porch threatening someone with a gun if they're just talking to you. Hell, you can't even shoot someone if they break into your house in the middle of the night unless you're about to die and you absolutely have to. Please don't tell me that he was flashing the glock 21 around and the police were joking around with him.

Where do you live?

I didn't even read any other posts, as soon as I saw your topic, I had to raise the BS flag.

Can you show us pictures of the scratched acura or anything else?
The cops never saw the gun in the open. Since basically my friend was not involve in the fight the cops had no real right to hassle him about his gun. The cop could have use the excuse of checking out the Glock as a way to control the situation ie to get any firearms that were not in the hands of the cops under control. Cops aren't stupid. The gun's legal, it was not a threat to the cops, and the only time the cops saw it was when they asked my friend if he had a weapon because he saw the bulge on his left side. And he willing handed it over to the cops for them to hold.

I had trouble believing your first story.

I think you're like that guy with notrious and the gas tank.
He thought he was keying my car but it was somebody else car that looked alot like mine minus the rims and rear spoiler. It wasn't my friend that beat the kid down. It was some guy who I did not know. How angry would you get if someone keyed your car as you were walking out of a store and you saw him. I talked to the cops tonight about what happened last night. They were out there asking questions. I asked why they let the guy go. They knew the guy and they asked him to surrender himself after he calmed down. Which he did. If niether press charges against each other it will be soon forgotten.

I'm sure everyone here would try to beat a person up if that person we didn't know randomly keyed our cars, but then again, everyone would have gotten arrested for doing that.

So you're telling me that your friend with a glock 21 is a 30 year old vet who hangs out with teenagers who drive integras, and then on top of that, he threatens little kids with a weapon? That alone would put him behind bars.

Once again someone has assumed facts that are completely wrong. The group I hang out with are 25 years or older who at one time street raced. The oldest is a old moonshine runner amd I listen to him about back road racing techniques. Now we try to help out the new generation by giving advice so they don't get themselves or anyone else killed. We stress four things to these kids. Car conditon, driver condition, road condition, and weather condition. If one of them are not right then don't race. The cops see it this way, aslong as we race outside of city limits we are county and state trooper problem. They would rather have these kids and my group hanging out in one spot so they can keep an eye on who has what car and what car has what under the hood. Some of these roads we race on range from a small 1 mile run to a 20 mile run. Late at night these roads are empty but we still use spotters with radios. 1/4 miles are for track cars and people who just want to drive in a straight line. The only time my friend unholsters his glock is when another weapon is around. So the kid probably had a knife on him that my friend saw and I didn't. I know my friend has my back no matter what. We both damn near went to prison for each other. Him and I have been through to much not to have complete trust in one and other. If it wasn't for a 3 story fall back in 88 I would have joined up with him but my back is messed up and the Army would not take me. I've known my friend since we were teenagers in Germany in the mid 80's. Both of us are Military Brats. If my friend pulls his weapon out it's because he knows either him or I or one of our friends are in danger. You assume that my friend pulls his gun out all the time. He's smarter than that so stop assuming he's an idiot. You may have friends who are idiots. I try to stay away from people like that.

No, I drive the Teg, not the kid he drove a Mirage that he totalled out because he hit the tracks doing 70+ MPH. Yes the kid is extremely pissed off at me because he didn't know how to drive and totalled his car. Sometimes in life all you have to do is sit back and let the idiot screw up thier own lives. The really funny part is they do it to themselves. If the kid was going under 50 over the track his car would of not been totalled out. But he was trying to catch up to me on a straight away and didn't pay attention to the R&R signs and went all out. He mistake he did it to himself but he can't accept the fact he screwed up so he's blaming me. He's a 19 or 20 year old kid that has no respect for anyone. And I have my back covered.

Some thought this happened in front of a bar. Well it didn't it, happened in front of a coffee shop in a strip mall. Booze + fast car = death. I am a caffiene addict and I love my coffee. Now here a fact... most of the ones that called BS got the facts wrong go back and read my post and them read their comments.
Another fact i have spent over 5460 hours on the road in the past 3 1/2 years, I know how to drive. I've had alot of time to practice. I knew each of my cars handling characteristics. My 88 Toyota Celica GTS like to go off to the left while braking hard and swerve to the right under hard acceration. My 90 Grand Am had a such a solid ride that when I turned it took them like it was on rails. It had the GM's FE3 suspension. Do you know when you drop an automatic from D to 2 the car acts just like a 5 speed going from 4th back to 2nd? I know how to shift the wieght back and forth because I drive over all types of tracks all day long, day after day. I know which tracks can be taken at a faster speeds and which tracks you have to slow down for. Have you thought that just maybe my front struts are worn out enough to where I can do the wieght shift trick with ease. Try driving 6 hours a day delivering pizzas it will teach you more about your can than you can imagine. I averaged from between 12 to 15 bucks an hour at 5.65 an hour + .65 a run + average tip of 1.50. That leaves a delivery time of less than 15 minutes from the time I leave the store until I get back. And I'm not taking just one order to deliver either. Well I must speed, I only go about 10 over the posted limit like everybody else does. I know the roads. I know where the road changes pavement types and how you have to adjust speed and how to slow down to avoid losing traction. You learn which roads have the least amount of stoplights or stop signs, and which roads to avoid during rush hour. My delivery area is 5 miles in all directions from the store. You all assumed that I was some young kid talking big. But like most forums there are the ones who want to be Mr. Know-it-all and make the wrong assumtions. Look at how they twisted facts around so they could be right. If you have a problem with one on my post because something isn't clear to you ask me instead of whipping out the BS flag and end up standing there looking like an idiot becuase you misread something. Why do the younger racers hang out with my group... because we treat them with respect. I would of told the idiot everything he did wrong to his car and how to correct it. But he decided that he had to be Mr. Big and run off at the mouth. And instead of learning his lesson he decided to come after me because he can not accept the fact that what happened to himself he did to himself. And now he has some 6 foot 4 inch 250 pound gorilla looking for his racist punk ass. Mr. Muscles is my revenge on the kid and I didn't have to do a thing. Life is funny and it likes to pull some really strange crap on you. Did I happened to mention Mr. Muscles is a large black man? Some of you ignore it I can't ignore it because it's a daily occurrance. Maybe I should tell you guys about the time I went looking for parts for my 73 AMC Javelin and ended up talking to a bunch of guys that look like they just step out of the movie "Deliverence" and how they just looked at me like I stepped off a UFO with Bigfoot and Elvis. When I was 19 I pissed off an old chinese man and he said this to "May you have a long and interesting life." I thought he was blessing me. Oh hell no, that was the worse thing he could have said because I haven't had a normal life since. That old fart cursed my ass and good too.
My new job doesn't start until the 31st and do you know what I have been doing in my spare time? I've been out helping these kids work on there cars. Today at 3 pm CST I'm going to take some kid I met last night out to a large empty parking lot and teach him spin recovery. I plan on getting him up to about +35 MPH then pulling up the e-brake and tell him to keep the car straight. Yesterday I help a girl put on swaybars and a brakepads. I'm tired of seeing these kids killing themselves because of a lack of knowledge. I can't stop them from racing but atleast I can pass on some knowledge that might one day say their life and get them out of the city limits to where the chances of hitting another car is minium. And tonight I will probably have to re-explain why anything over 350HP is a waste when racing on a course with alot of turns because the turns will slow you down and won't allow you to use the car's full HP to it's full potential. And how nitrious kits are useless on the same course and oval track racing. You see I don't sit here all day posting I actually go out and help improve the racing community where I live at.... Do you?

OK, I got a headache reading the first lines of the post above this one.

I won't question your driving, or your story, but I will question your ability to type comprehensible posts.
How about some paragraphs or something?

Re: Ran into the idiot again

heh yogs, think about what you said and what he said.

a license to carry concealed weapons. He laid it on the fucking table. Not very concealed is it?

If you're walking down the road with a shotgun on your shoulder, you dont need a concealed license... because it's not concealed. You might get asked questions and the like, but they cant do anything about it.

I'm not sure about public buildings, but I think you have to post a weapons prohibited thing for them to not be able to bring it in regardless.
