Yea I want to take it as slow and carefully as possible since its my first paint job I want it as close to perfect as possible lol, I did the wet and final coat of primer. Here some pix for those of you who care
I think it went on pretty smooth for my first time..

Here is the method im using(just felt like posting it)
1. Sand w/ 600 grit
2. Primer (light coat)
3. Wet sand primer w/ 1000 grit
4. Primer (heavier coat)
5. Wet sand second primer w/ 2000 grit
6. 2 mist coats of paint
7. Wet sand paint w/ 2000 grit
8. 2-3 wet coats of paint
9. 2 shots of Clear coat
10. Polish

Yup, that's the way you should do this. Make sure the last time sanding is very smooth. It's important for the final smoothness of the paint.

It's amazing! How do you paint these molded-in parts. I'm having a whole bunch of problems doing it right! Brushed or masked and airbrushed?

Although it looks like this car will look just amazing when done. Keep up the good work

Thanx all for the comments,

Renagade - For the molded in parts I brush them becuase there pretty small parts and since i dont have an airbrush I mask them off with some 3M painters tape becuase it sometimes bleeds if you aply to much

the primer looks supersmooth and ready for paint. Awesome so far, just make sure not to put too much paint and keep the panel lines nice and deep, don't clog them up.
