Uhh.... I just baught a 2002 Galactic Blue Jetta, and I would have to say although they make virtually everything for the A3, and A4 equiptment is rare, I still love the A4. It follows the pattern of the new generation VW, what with the smooth Bug, the smooth Passat, the smooth Cabrio, why wouldnt they have a smoother, sturdier Jetta.
