rice is used about someone who thinks a spoiler on there 91 accord is gonna make them faster, or a bodykit adds hp, or a fart can adds hp, its not real, and neither is a fake bov, i raced a guy in a civic lying about having a turbo and he had that fake bov thingy, he beat me by half a car length, i was driving my moms contour lol.

ok....... here i thought was a great example of american rice... i take it most of you have seen the Mischief series? this i tihnk was in the first or maybe in the 3000 one, there was a Red Ford Mustang, it wasnt even a GT... this guy had like brightest crome rims, stickers galor on it, not even lowered, and i doubt he had Flow masters or an aftermarket system at all... and the worst part of it, it was the FORD MUSTAND "GT-R" the GT-R being a skyline badge on a mustang.. and apparently it runs 11's on the track with its "stock" Turbo....... hahahah omg ive never laughed sooooooooooo freaking hard in my life...
