I think you can check to see what your engine trouble code is if your CEL is coming on off and on. Just follow the steps stated earlier in this post on how to check the codes. then go do a search on google for the listing of the meaning of you trouble code or just tell me what code u have and i'll tell ya whats go n wrong with ur car. It wont hurt anything to try it

I have 1990 Integra....have the one long blink followed by 5 shorts.....it says 15 is Ignition Output Signal where, I need help with that please.
