Hrm.

I was thining about doing a StopTech kit first, but this might be too good a deal to pass up since I was planning on doing the Tein Flex w/ EDFC anyway.

I'll have to think about it. I'm down a lot of cash atm due to Xmas, Tax time, etc.

If you want to "tentatively" put me down go ahead.

If it gets to the 25% threshold I'll just about do it for sure.

Igor, I also post on my350z.com w/ the same name.

Re: TEIN Coilovers, Springs, EDFC - ALL Makes and Models

Hey Jeffrey, glad you're interested.
I recommend that you go ahead and call Drew Kung at (859) 255-3142 to get on board with the group buy. You can always back out so long as it's before the actual date when the big purchase is made from Tein. The advantage of everyone who is merely 'interested' in joining the GB is that it will provide others with confidence to join as well and we will end up with numbers that are good for the largest discount brackets.

EXCELLENT group buy. .
I will be buying a set of TEIN STECH springs for my 97 240sx

I know. . I know. . I WANT the coilovers, but I can't HAVE them. . so I'll have to deal with a set of really nice springs, instead (paired with shocks at a later date lol)

Thank you!!!

I realize this is probably up to the dealer, but how much would shipping be, roughly. . to one state away?
I may wind up driving down to pick them up.

I am not understanding your fuzzy math behind the $1295 number - why are you taking 20% off their price?

Yea sorry about the misunderstanding i was taking the 20% of their price. (i thought their price would be the standard price) Hopefully i can sneak in on this groupbuy i'll keep in touch Do we post up here when we decide? or do you want a pm?

thanks!

why are the prices there so high, the lowest price is like $850 for toyotas, and 2 are over $1200. maybe im just looking at it wrong. what is the difference between the 3 different springs they have, the basic, ss and ssp.

Re: TEIN Coilovers, Springs, EDFC - ALL Makes and Models

cheapest ive been offered tein ss kit for 99-00 civic si is $1000 including shipping to u.k. what price what it be in this group if you will ship to u.k ?

i'd prefer a spring/shock combo than coilovers though. if you can get the n/a spring/shock kit how much would that be including shipping to u.k ?

I am not too familiar with Tien coilovers. How good are these compared to Bilstien PSS9 coilovers. Is the quality as good, easy to adjust ride height and dampening? Warrenty?

Thanks

Re: TEIN Coilovers, Springs, EDFC - ALL Makes and Models

Igor, I know you said that "in development" would not be part of this group buy, what about "comming soon"? I have seen online stores taking orders for this product already, should I check with the place up in Lexington or can you answer this for me. I would be interested in the S.TECH springs.

Thx and sorry to be a bother. I want to participate in the GB, but there is only one product out for my car right now and I'm not sure that is the one I want.

Shipping to Canada

This is a very intriguing offer, how much would shipping to Ontario, Canada cost?

Gentlemen,

Anyone that has any question regarding this group buy or the Tein products needs to contact Drew Kung at (859) 255-3142 - he will be able to assist you with real information (unlike my guesswork).

Anyone that wants to sign up for this group buy, per the original post, needs to call Drew Kung at (859) 255-3142. Feel free to email me once you're signed up, but the important part is that you call Drew and let him know, as he is administering the group buy.
