I’m not trying to pick a fight or anything I just felt like posting my car (which was bad judgment). But for someone (who is a moderator) to verbally insult my car is just ludicrous. Also what’s done to you car that would think I can’t take your car?

I didn’t know wire loom and oil caps were performance parts. Maybe you should do some research on the 2.4 twin cam (LD9) and other quad motors before you’re so sure about things.

He never said they were for performance, he said they were modifications. Modification means to make something better, could be in appearance which it is in this case. Wire loom and a pretty oil cap is a modification to his engine like he stated.

I think we need a sticky at the top of this forum that is for pics ONLY. Honda-Acura.net has something like this, and hundreds of people have posted their cars, and commentary is not allowed, so it really makes it only pictures, not a bunch of chatting, which is nice, because its easier to get a sense of who has what on their cars etc.

I could care less if your car could take mine or not. Mine isn't built for speed if you couldn't already tell. Sure you could take me off the line, but I guarantee first turn/curve we'd hit on the road, and I'd have you seeing my tail lights not to be seen again. Every car is built for a purpose. The purpose of mine happens to be performance handling with show quality. Having a car that can talk the talk and walk the walk in terms of being BOTH show and race worthy is a hard feat to accomplish these days. Typical domestic punk to point out an oil cap and wire loom. It's people like you that make cars like yours look bad and have a bad name. It's not car itself, but the person that owns it. Give that some thought. I said what I said because you obviously read that the subject said "Post your Civic here" but being disrespectful as well as ignorant, you decided to post your non-Honda car in here anyways. What else did you expect? I shouldn't even have to explain myself nor my actions/comments, seeing as to how you really don't care anyways which was clearly evident by your initial post of your Grand Am. But I will assure you, another post like that and you'll be banned from AF.com There's nothing more to be said about it. Any further posts in this thread that are NOT Honda nor Civic related will be deleted as soon as I see them (this applies to ANYONE posting up their car in here). Unfortunately it takes a fractional few to mess it up for everyone.

I think that's an excellent idea. A pic or pics of your ride, only other text in the post should be a link to more pics or a mod list of your car if applicable.

Emerge, would you mind a lock on this thread so we can post up an official one like 99Civic suggested?
