I know HOW to drive, and HAVE driven my car at my dad's auto shop, but it dunt mean I'm allowed to in the damned state
I got my car April 15, 2001, learned how to drive stick shift that day. But I gotta wait till I'm 16 for a permit, 17 for a restricted license, and 18 for a full license. *Mental note: move south*

yeah that's like it is here... i thought you meant you're driving with a licence at 15

here it's 16 for permit, then you have to wait 12 months to take your driving test for the restricted licence (or 8 monthes if you take driving school) then another 12 months for the full licence

but the restricted licence is almost a full licence, like the only restriction is that you have to drive with 0.00% BAC (blood alcohol concentration) or somethin like that..

haha man i have a better deal than you....get your permit at 16, wait 6months, get your liscense but you can't drive with your friends in the car for another 6 months, (but they can't catch me) then after 6months you're str8, but hey it's all good...and driving manual kicks major ass....oh yeah in north dakota i heard that you can get your liscense at 14
