V8 "Supercars" is a crock of shit bathurst being the biggest!!! the cars hav around the same hp and the only reason holden wins most the time is because of the driver..as vtgirl said the man makes the car...hav u eva seen em line up for a drag ford XR6 turbo GT and XR8 flog all the VY series!!!
and on the street my brother has a XR6 turbo and has blown off countless VY's VX's and VT's in any form of race!!!

Talking about power, if fords new range is so good then how come Ford performance vehicles falcon GT is slower then HSV GTS coupe? fords rubbish runs 13.9 in qtr mile, while HOLDENS master piece runs a 13.55.

and the engine happens to be a CHEVROLET...the LS1...built in america.....its the worst sounding engine ive ever heard.......a corona idling next to the HSV sounds like a demon...and u put one of them next to a microvave and they will sound the same.....so how is its "HOLDENS" master peice......u should be thanking OPEL!!!!!

Oh, and by the way, out of 10 cars in the top 10 cars in the V8 supercars race last year, there were 2 fords, and 8 holdens, in a ford and holden even race.
MY question to you, is if Ford are 'oh-so-perfect' than why did they only get 2 out of 10 cars in the top 10? That means, holden beat them by 8 cars, which means, holden are 8 times better.
