Gee people calm down! 240 is a FR and WRX is F (AWD) you can’t compare the two by no mean! Its like comparing an apple to an orange, you will get nowhere!

I like 240 bcs it fits my budget and I like the drifting aspect of it, my brother has a WRX and its different from the 240 both are famous and both have a lot of potential.

Congratulation on your new car, hope you will have a lot of fun with it.

In terms of handling I believe a moded 240 can take a WRX since the 240sx is front-engine and rwd making a far better polar distribution along with a 50/50 standing weight distribution. Don't quote me, but I doubt the WRX can say either of those. And to say that the WRX is a sports car is a bit lame...4 doors isn't a sports car...4wd usually isn't a sports car (GTR is basically the only exception...nearly all others are overweight luxory sport coupes...ala 3000gt). The SVX is the closest thing to a sports car that subaru has ever produced and it's right at the border of one in stock form because of it's weight and semi-weak power/weight ratio.

R32 GTR vs WRX (or even WRX STi) is a no contest match in favor of the R32 GTR...

I think it's funny that Dayna is getting rid of her 240sx because of reliability issues when my cavalier hasn't had a problem in months and she was the one that made fun of cavies for having reliability issues...apparently she didn't knock on wood

And for the record...making 5k on a car you supposedly love isn't worth it...love is priceless

That's why my 240 will be treated like a queen...RB25 as soon as I can afford it and then a few years after I'll have either a 2nd gen mr2 or an r32 gtr...i dont need a stable full of cars...those are the only ones I want to drive

anyways i have my and they are i have ridden in a wrx and it is definitely FAST. I have driven a 240 and it is also fast but not nearly as fast as the wrx. Yes i am sure there are 240's beating wrx sti's but i bet they have dropped a hell of a lot of money into that 240. The WRX can be tunned to unbelieveable extents.

i really don't like the EVO at all, no matter how much a read about them in car and driver, and how fast they are compared to this and that... oh it beat a boxter/911/whatever else.... who cares it is running 20 PSI!!!! OMFG!!! the STI is running nowhere near that much.

the STI is a 2.5 liter i believe.... the EVO is 2.0, did i mention the EVO is running 20 PSI... not much room to improve there...

if the STI started running 20 PSI it would own the EVO... the STI is also a bit smaller than the EVO... i have read somewhere that the handling issues of the STI can be fixed with a few mods. I also believe the EVO is lower stock than the STI, which would explain part of its braking superiority. I am so tired of the STI vs EVO thing, but if anyone on here could say anything i would expect more skyline comments... that is the car that these cars seemed to be designed after...

Apparently now that we have researched mitsubishi and found out that they build extrememly dependable cars....( i am laying on the sarcasm pretty thick here) and we have also researched that subaru builds pieces of shit that don't run very long an break down all the time .... wtf ... subaru is very dependable and i have always been a fan of subaru's.... so go eat it whoever said something about bandwagon jumpers....

Oh by the way... i have ridden in a Grand National, and it was fast as FUCK although i didnt get to drive it because i was 14. By the way i rode in 2. One stocker Grand National and one with NOS... yes NOS on a Grand National. so STFU bitch!... yeah The Grand National was by far the fastest car i have ever ridden in...
