I went thorugh it living in Va Beach and I gotta say that one sucked for it being my first and we were right beside the worse of it from what I heard. it apparently changed directions and got closer to us but I was outside most of the time takin' my own pics and talkin' to the neighbors.

I think the worse part was the stupid power companies shutting down power a day before she hit and then not getting it back till 3 days later. Hell, there are still places 'bout 10 min from here without power....
