Wow, 18"s on a rex? That must make that ZC turn over like a SOHC motor :hehehe:

I don't know why everyone says that wheels affect acceleration so much....honestly I barely notice any difference...perhaps because my interior is STRIPPED!!!!

Well, in the good ole US of A, they teach us physics. So, I am not going to explain the physics in a bigger rim diameter.

I know the physics of rotational inertia, but honestly i don't really notice any difference...I mean, it's not like I run on the strip every day, or drag people off at the lights, plus I only use it the rex in the weekends....so maybe i've lost a couple of tenths....it doesn't bother me!

It's like buying an intake....sure it will sound nicer, sound faster etc etc, but how much will it affect your times? gain 0.1sec over the quarter, big deal! If someone said they ran a 14.8 and dropped to a 14.6, that wouldn't impress me as much as someone saying they had 18's on a CRX v 17's. For me the ultimate car must have the looks and the go, both in a straight line and around corners.

Just my $0.02

Coming....!! I never said my car is the ultimate now did I? If i was made of money, and mummy gave me a hand out everytime I wanted a new mod, it would be completed by now, but unlike some, I have to work and save for my mods!

Of course i said that moppie....only after you said it first!

I wish I had the easy money! The number of people that have their car and mods handed to them, is kinda depressing at times, and make it hard when the same people keep saying why don't you do this, or buy those...not that I have tall poppy syndrome or anything, but it would be nice to know hot cars are owned by people that have worked hard to get them that way.
