Hey, is that your paintbooth in your pics. If it is, do you have any pics of your set up. I'm looking for ideas for one i'm about to start building, I have all the usual links to how to build your own that usually gets posted when someone asks about how to build one. Just looking for more ideas.

thanks.
I have posted it in about 10 different threads. Hell if I follow there threads religiously they could show some intrest in mine, eh?

Yes that is one of my paint booths in my pics. That one is 36"x24"x12 I believe. Its my airbrush/model booth, then theres one for cars, and large parts.

Right now its on a dresser and two carboard boxes temporarily. I am rebuilding my shop, so I kind of needed to move it out of the way while I build a new workbench that has yet to be started.

That paint booth is home-made. I used a kitchen exhaust fan and have the exhaust go out a dryer vent in the side of the house. Do you want some pictures? If so, Ill PM them to you.

Ahh. I am using my small drill press. However to cut the circles (for the rotors) I used a compass.

OH i see. If you were using the press for doing the circles i was going to see if setting the depth stopper. But then again your don't using it.

Awesome.

Happy birfday sucka.

Those drawings are awesome. Very nice to see such care taken in planning... puts a tear in my eye buddy, a tear (weepy Willimo).... I saw your motor at Hooby Looby, $26. I don't know if that's more or less than at your LHS, but it's there. What would be nice is if they threw a half-off sale... right now. NOW! Do you year me Hoob Loob!??

Thanks. If you look on page 25 or 26 there are pictures of the Chassis so far. Its already pretty far along.

The chassis is made out of 2049 3x8"Channel 1/2"x1/4" 1/16" Thick Aluminum C-Channel.
