Whenever I have to give out a phone number to someone I don't want to hear from I give them the local police station!

lol, "police department, how may i direct your call?"

hey, it would be funny if they thought that you were a police officer and they actually asked for you thinking you gave them your work number

Re: 3000GT's very own Off-Topic Thread!

I was always a prick to telemarketers until I did it for 2 years...now I feel bad cuz their job sucks and they really don't wanna be talking to you either.

As far as the national 'do not call' list, I heard they passed it, then canceled it, then tried to change it a bit, and it just keeps getting appealed and such, so I don't know what the final word is on it now. I know our company just dropped thier telemarketing aspect of reaching customers and tried a new program. But if you tell a specific telemarketer to put you on their do not call list, they have to, but it is only for their company and their affiliates. So you will still recieve phone calls from 499 other creditcard and phone service providers.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Re: 3000GT's very own Off-Topic Thread!

ok, check it out, there was a car show on sunday and my dad was just cruising down the street and seen the car show. at the car show it was mainley import cars honda acura mitsu etc..
well he rolls directly in the middle of the car shown and asks them "are you intimidated", they dont respond and he says "you should be" and he drops it into gear gets the tires loose and roars through the parking lot like a monster. he then stops again and asks a couple of guys " why is there only jap cars here, what happen to the real performance cars, the muscle" and they reply, there are performance cars here. speaking about the nsx and wrx. so my dad says out loud "ill blow the doors off of anyone in this lot, follow me out and and i'll show ya" and he does a burn out gets it sideways and roars down the street.

my point in this story is, this is were i get my love for racing from, but i'm not a A hole like my dad.
he's really just tired of all the hype on jap cars, becaue he believes muscle owns the strip.

Re: 3000GT's very own Off-Topic Thread!

theres always another guy faster even if its a import, but all in all muscle owns the strip!
take the top import and top muscle and muscle wins. its a fact, us imports arent doing the times the muscles are achieving right now
