Is it a V-Clamp? Like a round clamp with a bolt or 2 on that holding the 2 pieces together? Is so, then no gasket.

Yea it doesn't take a gasket. However mine leak so I put gaskets on them.

Ok, disassembled my exhaust into pieces. Replaced all gaskets... waiting for the t3 gasket to come in...
I took the little waste gate thing loose off of that little flapper...do I just leave the little flapper just like it is and do my thing with breaking it in? I can't see a way to actually hold it open..like I hear some people talking about. The last thing on my list of things to do...is figure out what im gonna do about the loose cam cap bolt. 2 diff. people told me helicoil should be my last option, and try to avoid it, not to mention the kit is like $41. I've been told thread lock by some, others say no, I don't think it can be re-tapped with the head still ont he car and I seriously don't wanna take it off again lol. Not anytime in the very near future...I'm gonna call the guy from the machine shop and see if there's anything he can do... In the meantime, will it be ok(in reference to the cam cap bolt problem) for me to go ahead and break it in? Oh..and also, I noticed while under my car, the oil drain plug on the oil pan is slowly leaking. Like it's wet, and if you sit there for like 3 or 4 mins you may see it drip and begin to form a new drop(if that makes sense). Easiest way to fix? I thought there was supposed to be a washer there, but I looked and there's not..

Just pull the plug off and go get a crush washer thats the right size and reinstall.

Should have a washer on the drain plug. Check down the back of the block though and make sure that's what's leaking. That's the lowest point on the car, and pretty much any oil leak will end at the drain plug.
I'm still 100% on the threadlocking the cam bolts. The flapper should move freely without the arm behind connected to it right? The exhaust gas will just blow it open while driving. There's nothing keeping it closed, so the second you start it, it'll open up.

You could retap it a bigger size but that may become a problem going threw the cap. I dont know why people tell you not to helicoil it. I have used probably 3 or 4 in my head and they are holding great.

Lol, its not that I don't trust you, in fact, I trust you guys more than anybody around here for sure. I decided I'm going to get the shop that's installing mega squirt for me to do whatever they deem necessary...I would think it would be fine for now while I break it in, and then when I drive it an hour to that shop..right? I'll just let them helicoil it for me and just add it to the bill

Hey anyone who knows about this please help me find it on the internet..Went to three diff. stores, including fastenal, and even they didn't have it.
The little nut fasteners that go on the studs that the turbo goes on...the studs on the exhaust manifold, I'm missing one so i'm just gonna replace all 4, except that I can't find them anywhere...The guy at fastenal told me my best bet would be the internet but I have no idea what to actually look for. Does anybody know what i'm talking about or have seen these somewhere?

Damn that's a cool website...
Are you suggesting I pull the studs out of the manifold and replace them with bolts? Bc there aren't any nuts on that website you linked me to. Just use regular nuts with lock washers. At least for now anyways. Just check them after you heat cycle the motor a few times
