I just spent 9 hours on the Talon guys... I made a lot of progress... And I am uploading pics right now... I might have time to get them up before I have to go back to work... I haven't slept yet. I am going on 24 hours of being awake and I have to work again tonight and into tomorrow... I am gonna die if I don't get a little bit of sleep here. That is why I might not get them online tonight... But tomorrow for sure.

Oh look... Pictures...
![]() First off, I want you all to see how free flowing my exhaust will be. lol ![]() The downpipe is the only spot with a turn in it... ![]() And I need some help now... I can't remember what bolts are used to mount this crossmember back in place. Nor can I find any that fit... ![]() ![]() I still need a master brake cylinder mounting bracket too if anybody wants to help me out with that... Oh yeah, I almost forgot... I was making this really nice mounting bracket for the fuse box... Then my aluminum cracked on me and I got really pissed off... Eh... Oh well... I will fix it later... ![]() ![]() Ok, you guys deserve a new sexy teaser pic... ![]() ![]() ![]() So do you like my color scheme I have going so far?

Re: Blackcrow64's Talon TSi AWD Project... Warning: Lots of pictures!
Just so you all know, the rust is still at the point where I can rub it off with my fingers. Kind of like a rust powder... That is why I'm not overly concerned with it right now. I will sand down the whole bottom and undercoat the entire thing after it is running... Or I might try using that rubberized bed liner spray also. I figure it might help with road noise and will hold up better than a typical undercoating...
The next set of pictures will be the whole thing finished and running! ![]() And the motor bay will actually be cleaned up too... It looks pretty icky to me right now... Lots of dust and grime... Things need more polishing! Oh yeah, I totally forgot to mention that I got a dremel for Christmas too... Got a whole box of accessories with it too. Now I can polish even the hardest to reach spots... Can we say polished TB? lol
