Game Cube looks very nice.

I agree that the two systems were very close in ability. The PS had slightly more balls, although Dreamcast had more RAM I believe.

PS had much better games, I totally disagree about Shenmue. The FF games were better.

I was talking to some guy who worked at a game shop, and he said that he went to a convention where they previewed Gamecube and X-Box. He said that Gamecube is going to crush X-Box when it first comes out because of all the titles its gonna have.

What you posted pics of is nothing like the pics of Gamecube I've seen. The one I've seen is cheapo purple plastic, like something Nintendo would put out

whoa, i was comparing Dreamcast to playstation 2...
Shenmue breaks barriers, there are lots of games for dreamcast that the graphics are almost as good as PS2... and the games are made alot better
Shenmue, is the only game that use the internal clock and real time stuff

Typical talk coming from a shop owner. He is a bit bias right there when he said GC is going to crush Xbox? Thats doubtful. The GC's launch line up only has about 2 games that are must buy, Xbox has about 6. I'd rather have Xbox then GC anyways. GC doesn't offer much right now, not until the new zelda or Mario games are you. Smash bros and Rouque leader are the only two games that will crush any of the Xbox games. But, that shop owner knows nothing.

I can't wait for the gamecube, but The 64 was kid oriented, but still had some of the greatest games: 1080 snowboarding, Golden Eye, The Zeldas, World Driver Championship, All of the sports games that were also on the PSX, but with graphics that were 10x better, and the greatest of all of them Conkers Bad Fur Day. There were others, but those were my faves.
You can only get Rare titles on Nintendo systems, and since they are the greatest game company around, I am going to get the Gamecube.
Can't wait for the new Zelda, Kameo(Probably going to be the best game for the Gamecube for at least the first year), Metroid Prime, Wave Race: Blue Storm, Luigi's Mansion, Rogue Squadron 2. The Gamecube may focus on the younger audience, but it is not abandoning us.
The X-Box at first I thought was going to be the best, but then I looked at its games, and I don't see anything I can't wait to play. And the cables that it uses can't handle all of that extra power, so it really isn't used.

Oh and the problem with sega, they rush every system they have so it ends up being inferior in the long run. The gameboy was more succsessful because of the cost, and the games. And gameboy advance is much more powerful and smaller than Game Gear was, and the Game Gear went through batteries. If you want to talk about a company that was way ahead of its time it way mmmmm help me here, 32 bit portable handheld, I can't remember started with an L though.
I thought Shenmue was a little boring, and too technical, but a great game nonetheless. I personally think psx systems are overrated. The only games that they had the N64 didn't have that I really liked were Teken, and Gran Tourismo.

But anyway back to Kameo. Kameo is a rare game, and I have only been dissapointed by 1 rare title, and that was banjo Tooie. Conker is the best so far though. If you havent' played conker go buy it. Funniest game ever made, and amazing graphics. One of my favorite games of all time definitly in the top 2 or 3.

Kameo sounds like super-duper Pokemon, but better. At least from what I've read. You catch monsters and stuff and use them to fight other monsters...
