Look at the direction the wheel spokes face...they are directional rims, the fins should face rearward. Your left front and right rear wheels are properly fitted, your right front and left rear need to be exchanged with each other, so that the direction of the rims is the same on both sides, and facing the proper direction. I've made the same mistake myself before.
