It's just that future is very thin. You will have to spray alot of thin coats. Future runs easily.

The body after several coats of 'Future" became a little darker more:

Very nice work you're showing here.
Great idea with the covers for the front wheel wells. I'm building this same kit at the moment (though as a GT racer) and was wondering what to do with the wheel wells. You found a very elegant and effective solution, which I'm glad to corporate into my build. |

Here I decide to cover engine compartment with a foil out of cigarette box: ![]() I also closed Tamiya's side wall "windows" using sheet styrene plus BMF: ![]() ![]() Fuel lines: ![]() Improved door stereo grilles, using dropper system filter plus contactor (marked with red): ![]() ![]() Flock: ![]() ... and some small parts: ![]() Sit belts are made of cigarette foil and etched hardware from "Model Car Garage": ![]() ![]() Scrachbuilt sleeves made of cooper wire (right) and Evergreen rod (left). Clamps are strips of Cola can: ![]() Feel free to ask questions. |
