Re: Models to be made

Hi guys,

Couldn't resist this one. Here's my next few projects lined up:

Somewhere amongst that lot there's a Porsche 936, 935-78, 956 / 962, all in 1/8 scale...! At my current rate of progress that's about the next seven or eight years modelling taken care of.

Seriously though, here's my small selection of unbuilt kits:

I'm not expecting to do anything with them, but the 956/92's could be useful references when I build one in 1/8. Anyway, I thought having a stash of unbuilt kits was a necessary part of being a member of this forum?!

Cheers!

ScratchBuilt

Re: Models to be made

I don't dare taking a picture of my stock...
One good thing of being a student and living at home is building up a stockpile. But mine is taking shape so I have the rest of my live enough to built already... My stock is carefully stashed away to be unseen for 80%
well trying to list them anyway...
8 AM DBR-9's and 6 ready/nearly ready (different makes)
2 '04LM 550's (own decals) and 2 03LM 550's
3 ScaleProd. C5-R with revell + another 4/5 normal revell's (with FFSA decals)
1 S27 C6-R a dozen Revell C6-R's
3 S27 Viper GTS-R (one '03LM Larbre) and another Viper (pre S27) '97LM
2 S27 Supra GT
1 Panoz '98 nearly ready
3 Tam '96 911-GT1 (1 Schubel/larbre '97)
2/3 UTModels 911-GT1 evo '97 (still searching for a '98 evo LM winner...)
1 S27 McLaren F1 longtail '97
3/4 Tam CLK-GTR's
2 Tam Nissan R390's
3/4 Tam CLK-DTM (1 mika 01 West test nearly finished)
2 Tam SLR + 2 different makes for the 722GT TK -> Fictional LM GT1 racers (with enough West/Vodafone/Mercedes decals)
2 Tam CarreraGT + 1 Geronimo TK (turning into 2 different fictional GT1 racers, one pre G TK advanced wip)
2 Tam Mobil1 SC430
1 LMM Bentley speed8 '03LM
3 Fujimi Murcielagos with 1 ScaleProd. TK and 2 Nick de Wachters Slotcar Murcielagos (06/07/08LM body) for 3 GT1 racers (not sure which ones yet )
1 revell R10 audi and a R8 audi street (maybe for a racer)
1 Tam 911 street (GT2?...)
2 Rev. McLaren MP-20 and a advanced wip MP-12
2 Tam NismoZ's
2 Tam GTR nismo's
1 Tam FXX + enzo (fictional GT1?)
1 Tam F1 Ferrari '00 + '01 + MP4-13 + 1,5 FW24. 1,5? yes a busted built when I was too young recycling the parts for a pit scene?)
1 Fujimi + revell 599GTB + the 599FXX TK for a fictional GT1 racer
1 Tam Ferrari 360 + rennaisance TK ('03 LM risi silver one)
1 Tam Pennzoil Skyline JGTC + a skyline LM '95
and 3 little tanks for a change
1 revell ferrari california hardtop I won from revell

Got the feeling I am forgetting kits... I counted about 80 to 90 1/24 kits/ready cars last time I fully checked. Thats what you get when hiding them...

Re: Models to be made

A rather modest stash, if youwant to call it that. The SVT Lightning is a WIP, with the others waiting in line.

Re: Models to be made

I have three drawers full, the underside of my bed is filled with kits, and I still have a couple extras after that. Does that give a fair image of how many I have?

Not at all, we demand pictures. Prefered without you posing ON the bed

Re: Models to be made

Hi guys,

the theme of this thread comes from time to time, another top theme seems to be " I wish, Tamiya (or another company) makes this or that model"

Just to keep you all down, here some photos from a non-public German modelling forum, where you can see (parts of) the collection of one German modeler
