It looks sweet it has those thin red stripes & yes it is an Si HB, it has the seat belts on the doors.Must be a 1990 forgot what he said.
The motor is intact it sufered a fall: Something fell on it.
The rear passenger side is smased down to the level of the seat.

Other thatn that the rest of the car is cool!

Hope some one gets to launch on it like a jackel to wounded prey!
