well my fastest tamiya is this 1:24 contach...built straight from the box, with battery power..

ooo, look at it go (appolages for photo quality, i was trying to shoot it while it was moving so i could get some real motion blur...instead my very good camera has taken some shitty photos)

This would have to be my fastest. I'd say 9 seconds. It's a drag modified '67 Camaro Z-28 for those who don't recognize it.

1972 Chevelle SS w/ blower sticking 8 inches outa the hood (if it ere real) so id say it runs low 7s. not to mention the slicks in the back!
