Menu dei Motori said that one of those was crashed by Lambo's personal testdriver, I think that it was the green one, because that car has an italian/german licence plate. Im not sure which country's license plate it is, because I cant see it good enough. But the green one has been crashed in Europe.

He's had worse crashes:

Quote:
The job is not without drama. In May 1978 Valentino was trying a German customer’s new Countach S at 160 mph when a farmer pulled out from an access road. “I instantly had a bad feeling,” the test driver recalls. He stood on the brakes, the farmer freezing like a deer in headlights, his tractor blocking one of the road’s two lanes. Then, for some unexplained reason he started moving again. Valentino clipped the tractor at 100 mph. The Countach veered out of control, tumbling end over end, finally coming to rest upside down in a large field. Amazingly, Valentino was unhurt, though stuck; Countach doors open upward, like a pair of scissors. Gas leaked from the car’s broken tank, and the field ignited. People stood and watched. “I could see they were afraid,” Balboni muses. “That is when I decided it was time to get out!” As he struggled to grab the car’s fire extinguisher, he heard a crashing noise behind him; one of the spectators was trying to break the window. Valentino quickly opened it, then rolled on his back and stuck his two arms through the small opening. The stranger yanked and Valentino popped out. From a safe distance, they watched the Countach burn to the ground. A lot has changed since that incident. “It is more difficult and dangerous than it was in the 1970s, for there are a lot more people on the road today,” Balboni reflects. “Though cars in general are considerably safer, our performance has increased so dramatically that you can reach extremely high speeds in a very short time, creating a tremendous speed differential. There are also more laws and speed control, so driving is not as happy and relaxed as it used to be.”

No, Not a GT3,has a silver "911" logo

It had a GT3 aerokit on it. I bought the same car again with the insurance money. A year newer,in Seal Grey, So my wife actually did me a favor. I was drunk, in the back seat when it happened. She lost control trying to avoid a jackass that slammed his brakes in front of her.
we hit the highway divider 3 times doing about 70mph. We walked away unscathed.

First of all, I am glad to hear that no one was hurt.

Secondly, not to lay blame on you or your wife but purely for information purposes, based on your story it sounds like your wife was tailgating and I previously thought that that makes it her fault. Can you explain to me how the insurance company dealt with the situation? I must be wrong somewhere, but I thought a vehicle ahead of you can nail their brakes as hard as they want and if you hit into them (or crash avoiding it) then it is your fault because you should not be driving so close. Again, not trying to lay blame and I'm glad you both came out unscathed, I just want to know the legality of the issue if you are OK to talk about it with us.

The insurance company

labeled it as a not at fault. The tail broke loose causing her to loose control. Porsches are known for having problems like this, because of all the weight over the rear axel. If that tail breaks loose there is pretty much no regaining control. The other car was not a factor because it was not involved in any sort of collision with us.

Having a clean driving record helped too.

The tail broke loose? That is insanely dangerous. Sorry about the questions before but the way you previously described the accident made it sound like your wife was tailgating and was at fault. (And perhaps I am still correct with my assumption that a tailgater is at fault no matter how fast the car ahead slows down.) I still can't believe that the tail broke loose while trying to brake!
