207,828 miles on it when it died.
No I wasn't revving the hell out of it, just cruising on the highway in 5th gear. I could sort of see a connecting rod near the hole so I'd bet maybe that came apart and just ate up the engine. When I get the ZC in I'm going to take apart the D15 and do an autopsy on it. It will also be interesting to see how all that crap works inside.

the same thing happend to me too with that difference that my engine caught on fire
 so I know how you fell...my badSo I wish you quck ZC install :sun:

I know where you can get a D16A6 for $250 plus shipping...ME!!! Has intake manifold with injectors, exhaust manifold, everything. Let me know if you are interested. I live in Northwest FL.

Ya when the head went on mine it just gave me an excuse to do the swap cause there would have been no way my parents would have let me change a perfectly good engine.
