An interesting point. Thought this photo would be useful:



This is Carol de Beaufort's Le Mans car that I'm basing my scratchbuild on. At 50 years old, it is now beautifully immaculate. This photo was taken when it was only a few months old!

Note the badly replaced new wing and the sealant for the lights that looks like it was applied by a 3 year old!

better , no fear, nothing is too thick, I show you the model on Saturday
