the trans was supplied by the same builder. he is in another state.
the lines were power flushed again and checked for flow
yes a new converter was used
the first time I got the local mechanic to do the work. this time I took it to a trans specialist. there is metal present in the oil and black stuff again

1st and 2nd still works fine its 3rd and 4th that have gone out again

Oh, hell yes! it sounds like someone is puttingthe clutchpacks in wrong. That black stuff is the fiber composite from hard parts.

so there is no way it could be the TCM or some other sensor
I am about to have a 3rd trans installed and I hope this one lasts a few years

looks like I am getting the Japanese quarintine.
they wont take my calls and I leave mesages and get no reply
I was told 2 weeks ago that the trans would be getting shipped that day but so far nothing has arrived and they are always out of the office

so I have another trans installed. picked up the sub on tuesday. its not shifting properly. I have a code 82. my book says 82 is a pcm comunication fault. what do I need to do to fix that?

DTC - 82 3x Crankshaft position sensor circuit error
