Thanks, yes its just a dry brush with tamiya flat aluminium acrylics paint

Nice job. You know when you've painted a car black well, when it starts to look like chrome Didn't think just applying clear over jet black would give such good results. But then I don't know how many clear layers you've put on.

Love the progress you've made. One thing I noticed though is that your chrome looks a bit dulled/grainy even though you had a glossy base. Did you apply it quite heavily/a few layers? I always use extremely light coats which gives me a good reflection but only when looking from certain angles .

Tire:

Width 44mm.
Thickness 12mm.

Rim:

Width 28mm.
Thickness 12mm.

Is it good like this or do you need some more measurements?

Searched the spare box for some lights:



In place:



Turn signals done:



Rear lights in place:







Started the engine:





Added wires, materials used: shrinktube and electrical cable.
Still needs washes and drybrushes, also dont mind the dust already on the body :roll:

Clean work, if i recall correctly vric on this board built a very detailed mini in the past. I think his wesite is down though. These kits look nice, the paint came out flawless.
