it was the first thing i did to my car and i notice a drastic difference. when i lowered my car i took the ftsb off because i didnt think it would matter as much with the car lowered. even a week later when i put it back on with the car lowered, i still noticed a difference. it just wasnt as drastic as when i put it on the first time.

once u lower ur car with shocks and stuff...the difference is pretty much nil...if you don't have anything else done to your car, then the RSB would make a hugh improvement.
