if you really need to raise your exhaust, you can go to the hard ware store and get hose clamps. Put them around the rubber hangers and tighten them. it will raise the exhaust. I had to do that with my APEXi WS cat back system. It was just too heavy for the stock rubber hangers.
They started to streach after a while. Now I have no problems at all.
