The U.N. gave him 12 years to comply with it's resolutions from the first Gulf War and he chose not to. If the U.N. had done what it was supposed to do maybe we wouldn't be doing it ourselves. My personal view is this whole mess could have been avoided but the U.N. failed in it's very reason for existing. This was also on the internet...

From what I've seen in here there are alot of you that could be drafted and my prayers go out to you if you are. My true feelings are the U.N. needs a total revamp and needs all countries involvement. The one thing I have trouble with is half the countries not giving support sure didn't mind it when we helped them in their time of need IE WWII and the whole European theatre.
