Fastest ever driven: Monte Carlo SS w/ Corvette engine and highly modified drivetrain; went 126 mph then I thought I was gonna crash!

Fastest ever ridden in: '70 Dodge Challenger 440 R/T Street/Strip car! I actually threw up when I got out!:apuke: It was worth every minute!

I've driven 160 km/h in both a BMW 850 Ci and a Chevrolet Camaro '98 5,7 V8. I've also tried somme Bimmers.. Including a E30 325i Cabriolet. <- street respect! :hehe:

Wow enzo, damn. Fastest I've recently been under was 180KM/h and the car was shaking (limited unintended crappy tires first of all), and the limiter kicked in... was a 1996 ford taurus GL. Otherwise before? 220km/h+ in a heavily modified euro-spec 1984 bmw 323i in the early 90s. Also fastest accel hmm probably was this bimmer... but also had fun ride with a heavily moded volvo 360glt (fun fun) I wish the 360glt was available in north america :/

1958 Chrysler 300D, 392 Hemi w/2x4-barrels; no power brakes, bias-ply tires). Stranger still.. it had a Plymouth station-wagon rear body grafted on.

Leisurely acceleration, but pulled forever. IIRC, with the speedo long since buried, I think it was 5200rpm when I backed off; got home and calculated it out, right about 150mph (just over 300D's stated top end). Given a reasonable % for error, let's just say more than fast enough for that barge.

Side by side, my 1960 New Yorker coupe (413ci) pull pull strongly away from his car, but at about 120mpg indicated, he'd cruise calmly by me.

My Tiger should be that fast, but I'm not likely to risk it.

fastest car I've ever driven was a lamborghini countache ('85). The best I can say is "eh".. no headroom at all. Give me a Ferrari 360 modena spyder (black) any day. We were pushing 130 out on the highway, though. It was pretty cool having all that power at your fingertips. I usually don't ride in cars.. I drive... so there goes the idea of fastest car I've ridden in. My sol's pretty fast, too.. I was going 105 down the highway at 4800 rpm. Goes up to 8000, limiter at about 8300. I haven't hit the limiter yet... not too good for the engine.
