spyeng.com was decent... guys were nice, but i found a hell of a lot cheaper price at street dreams.
http://www.streetdreams.org/nobody really comes close to them on price. i shopped for about 3 solid months before buying too. most of their wheels seem a little more "bling bling" than my liking, but they do have some decent racing apps there.. racing hart, axis, g-racing, tsw, enkei, rss, etc.
