It's not very difficult to make some flanges....
Just some styrene, putty and sand and sad and sand........





And for the OLD GARAGE.... i was made a thread with all pictures..... 8 months and about 600 hours to build it......

Ahhhhhhhhhhh, I think I've got you now. By "sand and sand and sand" he meant using "sandpaper", which I'm sure you must have seen before. It's basically a paper with a "grit" like little stones, or grains of sand. To sand a surface means to rub the surface with the grit paper, by which you take off some material and smooth the surface. Generally, it's a long, careful, and tedious process. Hence, he said, "sand and sand and sand" meaning it took a long time to smoothen out.
