Yeah hard to tell by using boilerplate pics. Better to post a real pic whenever possible.
Hopefully of no real concern and probably just condensation from the backside of the A/C compressor since the suction and discharge lines are there. You have been running your A/C? Also, water will drip out of the drain at the firewall when you run the A/C which is from the evaporator core.

Yep, I have been running the A/C. Just started when we have been getting abnormally warm weather.
I'm going to get under it tomorrow and take a few pics.

The high side tubbing usually will not have any condensation due to the fact that the high side should be warm to hot to the touch. The low side should be cold or even freezing to the touch. The low side may also have ice on the tubbing, usually means the system is under or possibly over charged.
