Sponsorship

Ok guys and gals. . . .

Here's how it works.

First, you have to be in the right place at the right time. Contact the right people. Say the right things. Look the right way.

Second, after you get your feet in the door. You have to sell them ( your would be sponsors ) your car and yourself as a package. Sell them the idea of the vision you have for your car and "THEIR COMPANY". Tell them what you have in mind for your car and how they can help you obtain that goal. Explain to them how helping you will benefit their company. You have to make them believe that by having their name & products on your car, the sales of their products will increase.

Third, and most importantly. You have to get out there and be seen. You have to talk the people involved in the industry. You have to make contacts and keep informed.

Remember, there are a lot of show winning cars out there with "NO" sponsorship but have the manufacturer's decal on their car.
Likewise there are alot of sponsored cars with no decals on them.

Possibly

Being at that note...I'm possibly looking for a few cars to sponsor. The thing is, we have no shop yet nor do we have site (trying to get one up). We are starting small because we don't have tons of time and money available for our business. We sell exterior/interior styling, performance mods, and engine swaps along w/ SOME audio...small selection. We are based in PA. We might sponsor a club in Gettysburg that has about 15 or so members, but haven't established anything. Our sponsorship would include discounted parts, NOT FREE parts.
If any of you guys have nice cars, possibly even stock, but have money and plans along with your stock car, and looking to save some money and help out a small business, hopefully we'll become bigger; then let me know. PM me or email me: [email protected]
Entitle it "Sponsorship"
We will read what you have to offer and think about it, then get back to you. We aren't sure when we are going to start sponsorships, but when we do and we pick you, we'll let you know. But so far we aren't sure yet how soon, when, what, all that. Reply to this if you'd like, but it's no big deal if you don't, just a possible future offer, thanks.
