No kidding. You would be amazed how many middle aged guys give me the death stare when they see a 17 year old kid driving my car.

Re: Sebring screws with the wrong Cobalt

I don't like you either and I'm not yet middle aged. jk You kids with your superchargers and deleted antennae and such. I don't like cobalt ss drivers because they didn't spend enough money to go fast. I wish I had a fast car like yours when I was young. Then again, I have no impluse control. It just wouldn't have worked. I just noticed the old guy has a red subaru almost exactly like mine. Sigh. I guess I have everything in my kit that I need to die.

How would you like to tell your momma you was whupped by an old man?

I waited until I was 47 to buy my WRX, you whippersnapper.

By the way, does your WRX have at least a protuned VF39 setup for 100 extra horsepower over stock? Because if it doesn't, between my WRX and the Cobalt, you will be holding down 3rd place.

By the way, to a teenager, you are old. You yourself implied you are no longer young. Welcome to the club, "old man."

alchohol tends to be a little more fun, when you know youre not supposed to be partaking in it. after you're legal, some of the fun dissapears

I was going to "upgrade" to an STI last year but was really dissapointed with the power in the stock version. It lacks the fun to drive tiny little car feeling of my wagon. Just not worth the extra money to me. I certainly wouldn't buy the new one with its "youthful" looks and such.

OLD MAN- were you telling me you have a 100 extra ponies or that I would need them to beat you? Cause I gotta respectfully(because your so old) disagree with you on that. Do you really want to run the risk that you arthritis might kick in between shift gates?

I appreciate your respecting my age and wisdom. No arthritis, by the way. I think my shifting is OK; I can rev match, heel/toe, launch, etc.

Well, anyway, I am going to go to the track after school is out for the year, and try the 1/4. When I do, I'll post my time, and we'll see whose shifts are better. You are driving a manual, correct?

Re: Sebring screws with the wrong Cobalt

haha. and if that doesnt settle it, I say you two meet up for an epic autoX in the parking lot of the Superdome. So like a total of 2 miles of track plus the rest of us will be shooting .30 cal WWII-era machine guns at you to spice things up a bit. Then we will determine a winner!

OR a good old-fashioned gentlemen's duel with hand grenades.
