Re: Supercharger Maintenance
Thanks for the info Bob, I really appreciate it. What about just regular copper core ac-delco's? could I use them in one range colder?

Re: Supercharger Maintenance
You mean like the old Delco R45 series? I've never used them except in my old Z28 with V8 5.7L engine so I don't know how they would perform in a SII 3800. The Autolite Copper Core is what I would use. Plus you can easily adjust the gap with no electrode issues like certain platinums and iridiums. Plus Wallyworld has them for about $4.00 a pair.

Re: Supercharger Maintenance
Just to let you guys know, tomorrow is the scheduled deliver date for my parts from ZZP. As soon as I have a chance, I'll switch out the t-stat and the plugs before I put on the new pully. My friend said I could borrow his eaton m90 pulley puller, so I'll let you guys know how everything goes.

Re: Supercharger Maintenance
Alright, Job Done, all but for the pulley. I put in autolite 605's, a 180 stat, and changed supercharger oil. I'm just waiting to meet up with my friend to borrow his eaton m90 pulley puller.
Got any tutorials on how to swap over the supercharger pulley Bob? Doesnt look too had, just was wanting some guidance. Also, whats the difference between autolite 104's and 605's? I see GTP guys running AL 104's. Just know nothing about them... And man, I might add them plug wire boots were a beech to remove. I changed plugs and wires last summer (ac delco wires with 41-101's) and I even added a ton of die-electric grease. So much for that. The 41-101's already seemed wore out by my standards, the piece of platinum on the ground electrode was already gonezo. So, I think I'm just going to be buying the cheapos from now on be replacing them more often. My car seems to really like the AL 605's. Also Bob... I replaced my MAF Screen, and the TCC indecision seems to have gone away. wierd isnt it?

Re: Supercharger Maintenance
Sounds good Tim. Each SC pulley puller is basically the same but with minor differences. Here is a guide from Pulley Boys which is the same puller I have.
Click here The AL104 is the same plug but two ranges colder than stock. Depends on your pulley size and whether there is knock retard of concern.
