Like I said, they are NOT Illegal. And yes I will keep them on. I was wrongfully given a ticket. That's not nice of you to say things about me when you don't even know me. So please stop making assumptions about me.

Re: Projector headlights...Illegal?

Get an attorney, and go after them for a grievance fine. Sue them for your attorney fee's and the trouble they have caused you.

If you posses all the legal documentation and they say D.O.T. approved on them, stick it to the man. Its very rare you can actually fight something against the PD and have a chance to win, this you do have a chance.

I would be doing that, except my mom is an attorney and i wouldn't have any fee's.

What do you mean? The headlight bulbs? Yeah they are just standard bulbs nothing special. They are not even bright they were in my stock headlights.I want them brighter because they are yellowish at night but I don't know If I even want to do anything to them.

Re: Projector headlights...Illegal?

I'm referring to your whole car in general. Its a bright green and cops are notorious for single out kids who's car are well in the cops eyes " street racers."

I'm not trying to pick fun of you or your car, but with what you have done to it. Your going to have to expect some attention from the cops. Big aluminum wing, multi-colored turn signals ( surprised they didn't nail you for those too).

Its a good start, and i know you enjoy your car, just some of those things i've stated are going to draw A LOT of attention to ya dear.

I've never had a run in with the law and they've been right next to me starring at my car and me. Couple even have complimented me.

Re: Projector headlights...Illegal?

Hey ya, well I don't have the green and purple turn signals anymore they were taken off moonths ago. EVERYTHING is amber. That photo was taken at a site where me and some friends go to show off our cars but everything is amber. But besides that ..my projector headlights is what got me in trobuble. I just want everyone to know that the turn signals are ALL AMBER. I don't want anyone thinking I left the green/purple ones in and that's why I got pulled over.
BUT I see ya point, my car does stick out I def agree. I just didn't want that ticket for my headlights because they are D.O.T stamped. But no worries, all I wanted to know from this forum was that my headlights are legal.

This is what is on my car right now.
