Do you have the part number for that connector at GMParts Direct? I couldn't find it.

I had the same issue with my 98 Intrigue. The Front turn signal bulbs were the problem. First it started with one side, then the other. If the bulbs are almost the same age, they will likely fail around the same time. After I replaced them, the issue was resolved.

Not sure of the part number but it is the turn signal socket you are looking for.
