Kapiti Ice Creams are my favorite:

Irish Fling - Butterscotch and Baileys
Feijoa Feijoa
White Chocolate and Raspberry coulis
And Divine Decadence (think a double cream ice cream with chocolate, cherries, walnuts and a touch of liquer)
