Figured it out!!
Differences in bold
 top one JZX100 (Pman's) Street version of the JZX100 Chaser as realized by Blitz Power Innovation Design. Aero-skirts with low profile aggressive rubber and Blitz Design rims. Very aggressive looking vehicle. Body molded in silver. Interior and details molded in gray. Chassis and details molded in black. Chrome rims. bottom one Street package with aero details and rear wing. Body molded in white. Interior molded in gray. Chassis and details molded in black. Wheels steer and turn after assembly. ...according to HLJ that is.
