The DC2 ITR in Japan came in Black, White, Silver, Red, and Metallic Black. From what I can recall, Phoenix yellow was never offered in Japan.

Yellow was offered in Japan on both the Civic Type R and The Integra Type R, I have seen the cars in honda of Japans showroom (in pics of course.)
