In the US, a 'base' evo would have power windows and cruise control, but the hard core models would not have them.

I've just never seen a car with a manual transmission have cruise control, I didn't even think it was possible.................

My car has both.

Think about it: If your cruising at a constant speed, there's no need to change gears.
