well the porsche is quite old itīs from 1976
itīs a 935 painted by standox in "avus galaxy effect paint" from exoto.

@superman and
@silverlotus

yes the z3 is so much fun driving it in snow...
but the streets get disposed of the snow by the winter service after some hours.... and then many salt is lying on the street that the water does not freeze.
so my car is at the moment white and not sterling grey metallic anymore

$130 for the Mclaren? I have the same model but it is yellow and black and I only payed $30 shipped. Whats the deal? Wait a minute I just checked, mine is not a Mclaren it is a Lotus Elise. Sorry but it is very similar with a similar paint scheme and the same Frank Muller markings.

Depends Tony. Autoart is by far one of the top notch model companies and they are more expensive. While Hot Wheels and Maisto are cheaper they are not as high quality, but Hot Wheels is far superior to Maisto. When it comes to models, the more you spend the better the quality,IMO.

nothing to add!
i like models of higher quality or highest quality. my first models have been burago hot wheels or maisto.
but i prefer the models where the paint is perfect and also the braking discs are punched (right word?) i bought some autoart models after that and now i prefer the burago limited edition models which in my opinion are by far the best. but they can cost more than 400$

i baught the gold plated jag xj220 in england.
only a small series of about 100 cars were made. these 100 cars were not made by a big company. they are based on a normal (i think bburago) chassis and were gold plated at a jewelor (donīt know the right spelling sry)
a wonderful peace of art.

from time to time i see them beeing sold on ebay. have a look and enjoy your weekend

greets

Marius
