I like it. I would just suggest to do a little bit more preparation work (sanding and smoothing) before you paint but I like what you did with it. I like to see a great effort and that's what you've done! You should be proud!:grey:

Fair do's for trying. You just need to develop your skills now, tone it down a little for a start and try not to jump in at the deep end. You need to work on keeping things in scale and proportion, use loads of mags as reference and try and replicate something from them.

You have actually acheived a half decent paint job on this, perhaps try to develop those skills before the more adventurous projects.

well...i always believe and tell people that in modeling...a good foundation is important and there are many stages to it...1st thing is to master the art of paint or spray job...it takes a long time...maybe a few years...after that you can do some research or homework on procedures to modification, puttying etc... a lot of patience is needed...honestly speaking...i think this R32 looks like it is made of candle wax...no hard feelings...

Did you try to model a punk-ass New York Skyline? If so, then DAMN that looks super-realistic! If not, well, can't help you there...
Why New York?? You got problem with NY!!

Back to the thread:
That looks alright.
Just spend more time on sanding and smoothing.
My 400R was my first mod car too.

we aren't being dicks. he asked for opinions and comments, so that's what he's going to get. i'm not going to lie to him about it just to make him feel good. modelling is all about trial and error, so now for his next model he can better develop his skills. we never once treated him like shit, so i think YOU need to lighten up.

I think that the replies here were polite, to the point, and in good taste, so no need to cry about something that is not there!

whoa nice..looks like it has a lil battle damage from racing eh? looks good overall, a lttle bit more sanding would make it look even better.

hey, guys don't worry. I'm fine with the negative feedbacks. As I had said, it was supposed to be a Mine's R32 *(I was doing the kit about 4 months back.) After screwing up with the windows, that was why I started trying to do some mods.

Also there was someone saying that I am a riceboy? Besides the top being cut-off, I don't find anything wrong with the car.

I'm not sure how much money you have or how easily you can get that paint again, but honestly all you really need to do is sand it a lot smoother and the driver side sideskirt needs to be molded more near the top. I think its ok for a first try, but I think a good wetsand job on it would do it wonders!!!

Hopefully this helps, I would wet sand it down make sure everything is smooth and then primer it(not sure if you did the first time and look for any problems where it looks strange. If it does then apply putty or sand it down whichever is needed and then primer it again and see if it needs more touch up.

*I'm really suprised with the bad comments and then very few even try to help him improve it. I thought we were here to learn.... Its ok to give negative comments, but with all of the elitist here I thought they would tell him how he could improve it.*
