When you have a full time job, and the pay is above average, you'll have plenty of money for modeling. Just make sure to build your collection before you get married, and I mean it.
If you have a girlfriend, or already married, sorry, it's too late.

Hiro, I have a girlfriend and have been with her for over 3 years! I just started getting into modeling but I'm up at college so somehow these 2 kits are being sent to my dorm room, and then another 3 with some wheels are being sent to my house. My girlfriend thinks its cool, well atleast acts like it is lol probably because it keeps me away from other girls lol

That's exactly how it goes! I don't have that problem anymore because my wife's never home when I bring more models into the house plus now I have my whole garage to myself so she couldn't care less! Yes, I am a Skyline freak and a station wagon freak as well! I have more models but they're packed away in 3 large plastic bins at my mother-in-law's house Gotta make sure I have something interesting to build! My interests vary so that's why I have so many

Also its cheap to just have the kits, unless they are exclusive. But the real cost comes in with paints and all the part supplies you need to model

Probably not for everyone. Make sure you show you models to your girlfriend before you're married and make sure you actually model too. If she let's you model, marry her. If not, find a girl who does let you model. I can tell you, been married for 15 years with no modeling problem.

Lucky man!

I guess the only thing to take care of is not to use her hair -drier, not to let models in her oven and not to spill too much paint everywhere, vaporise some deodorant when you're done spraying and everything should be fine !!!

My g-f doesn't matter either, but who knows if that will change (if) once we 'll live together....

But hey, I should enjoy my freedom now, and model like my life depended on it !
