Honestly i dont have a real reason for having so many pairs of shoes, except that i like to match with the rest of my clothes and my mood for that day. It's almost like the argument about why people mod their cars if they can only go 60mph on the roadways, they do it because they want to.....which is pretty much my excuse for buying a ridiculous amount of shoes(and clothing):flash:

Yikes... I have two pairs of shoes...

Teh Enzos of course, which are casual/dress Italian walking shoes, they have a complete leather interior as well, and they have padding between the layers of leather, soooo comfy.

Then I have a pair of Terra work shoes, steel toe, but still light weight. They seem to attack a pressure point on my right arch whenever I wear them

I make plans for more casual/dress shoes in the future, to match whatever I'm wearing... I may be young and poor, but I have the fashion sense of a rich old man :hehehe:

I used to be really bad (read: Imelda Marcos bad LOL) I decided about a year ago I needed to simplify my life a bit and get clutter out of closets and just have less stuff in general. So I went down from 75 pairs of shoes to about 10 or so. I have a couple of pairs of Doc Martens for work, a couple of Pairs of Doc Marten sandals, 2 pairs of LUGZ for play, my workout shoes, a pair of hiking boots and a pair of Marvin the Martian slippers Mind you those 75 pairs weren't purchased at once...I used to like to hang on to things. I have been trying to break my pack rat habits.
