It's just the way it is! The paint is still tacky, but dry enough not to run after 10 mins!
Any later and you destroy the outer skin of paint that is starting to dry I guess! Best results are 1 coat every 24 hours! You get a great shine that way as you don't affect the coat previous! It is fully dry! |
