Goth,
I think this shows that the stock plate is pretty worthless. (like this is news )
It looks like your has been run over and should be laying on the side of the highway.
Nice comparison.

Yep, the Skid Row plate is really nice. I'm sure that the Calmini plate is nice as well ... I noticed that my stock plate was pretty much ruined too when I replaced it with the Skid Row version.

Both my stock skids are badly beat. Skidrow plates will be next. Atleast I can buy them in pieces, unlike the ARB I just bought.... $600 Ouch...

Philospher,

It would appear, and mind you this is pure conjecture since we don't have a final product yet, that the Cal Mini plate has more drainage holes than the skid row plate. But also let me remind you that I am not saying that one is any better than the other, I am just looking at it from what I off-road in. The more drain holes the better for me since all I get to play in most of the time is mud. Again, this is based on my personal experience and is nothing more than my personal opinion. Don't take it to heart or anything. I just look for who offers what I feel I need for my application. And we all know what they say about opinions...!

I totally understand where you're coming from ... I'm just saying that I don't think the plate will drain that well. I guess we'll see relatively soon cause a handful of folks will probably buy them. Time will tell.
